What are everyones thoughts on this one?

Just watched,this one, Among the circus off Kings,queens,midgets,dungeons,gorrilla suits,and a big white teddy bear,there is a kind off weird pleasure in this film,dont ask me why though,but I encourage every movie buff to hunt down a copy off this a .........odd movie experience
