without mutant abilities they are about equal with their arm enhancements, both around peak human without the cyborg parts i think.

he's been enhanced, but so has bishop.

cable is easily above the 5 ton range and that is bare minimum imo..i like to think he is in the 10 to 15 ton range

Cable I believe has flipped the occasional car. He also carries a lot more gear into battle.
