Hmmm kinda hard to tell. I did read the Genocide arc that thing was a monster. I say Genocide cause she really put a hurt on Diana.

Cheetah's pretty awesome, but she literally made Genocide to do what she couldn't.

The aggression field will also make Cheetah fight dumber, and the teleportation helps counteract speed to an extent.

Genocide wins.
