I doubt he could do much against Thanos' tp and Thanos was able to hang with Thor when he had the power gem and Thanos is extremely durable. It would be tough on both sides.

How strong does the power gem make you? Doesnt seem much.

Strong enough to one-shot an amped Champion and it suppose to make you more durable.
