Billy vs Cain, can the Shazam magic offsets any of Cains enchantments?

billy can't hurt him, but he's not fast enough to land on billy

I've seen nothing Cain has done that's giving him the victory here.

He can use an AOE thunderclap and I dunno which version of Cain but if he has his forcefield Billy won't be able to hurt him minus BFR.

Guess it depends on whether or not Shazam can tire of punting Cain from one part of the battlefield to the other?
