Would Prime survive the destruction of 3 solar systems that killed a watcher?

I'd say the evidence for killing a Watcher was pretty substancial. You see him getting ripped apart by the blast...

Every one of his moves would have been a combo breaker and he would have started out a fight with a full rage meter. Also if you tried to get him in a grapple move he'd tear your arm off.

The best way I can make sense of it is that the Guardian's essence atomized Prime and transported him through the Bleed to another Universe and (somehow and for some reason) reassembled him with a little extra power added in.

He made that self inflicted cut while under a red sun, so his healing factor was nowhere near its Kryptonian levels. By the time he got free, the wound became a mass of scar tissue, already healed for all intents and purposes. Galan explained it pretty well once in the comic book questions thread.

Superboy Prime laughs it off then goes and finds Galactus and KOs him.

Prime survives it. Hurting afterwards, but survives it.
