Who wins?

If this were a prep situation it could be interesting. But since his powers work differently now with the reboot/retcon, there's not enough to say whether or not he's got the power to take Thanos.

My guess would probably be a resounding no. But hopefully he'll have more showings soon.

Yeah, then Thanos certainly takes this. Just on a different tier, power-wise. His more advanced powers like possession and shape shifting and phasing won't work against Thanos, and power output wise and strength wise, he's not above Thanos there. He really doesn't have any advantages, IMO.
