Has Drakon ever been actually defeated by the Arrow Family?

Nah, but this would be a cool ass battle. Both are super soldier lite. Both Drakon and Serpent having super human stats. I don't think either of the Arrow guys has beaten him one on one. Even world class MA, Connor Hawke stood no chance.

Both are metas, but Drakon seems untouchable...

Maybe. I don't see Stroke catching so many arrows (bolts were fired too, iirc), not even on his best day...

He also cut Roy Harper so fast, Roy didn't see or realize he was even cut. lol And he was talking to him several feat away. Crazy.

He reminds me of Agents from Matrix, tbh. And him catching arrows is a bit like Neo stopping bullets... well, he does make the physical contact, but still.
