Durok takes it to Savage Hulk initially with his 75 ton strength. Savage recovers and it goes back and forth. Mangog easily screws Skaar, and Kurse goes toe-to-toe with Rulk in a good fight, until Mangog comes over and helps the rape.

From there, it's pretty much 3 on 1 and Savage is boned.
