Janemba from DBZ movie Movie 12: Fusion Reborn. Made from pure evil he has found himself somehow in Soul Society and has decided to test his might by eradicating everyone.

The Captains have been informed as well as it's allies on earth. How does soul society fare?

exactly right. this is more of a slaughter and that's assuming Janemba doesn't just blow them all to atoms with one hit from the get go.
