It'd be a better fight between EMH and Avengers Ass.

Ultimate Cap>EMH Cap in stats but EMH Cap has more skill. I think the physical disparity is greater so the edge goes to Ultimate Cap.

Both versions of Wasp are more or less equal. EMH Thor, Giant-Man, and Black Panther are easily better than their Ultimate counterparts. Ultimate Hulk is probably superior to the EMH version and Hawkeye is definitely better than Black Widow.

EMH should pull it out.

EMH should win. Like its been said their hulk might be inferior but their Thor and giant man are much better and despite ultimate caps physical better stats I'd give the edge to the more skilled EMH cap. This will end with EMH fighting ultimate hulk and beats him.
