Marvel utterly stomps in this scenario except for Mystique.

I don't see Mystique beating Shang Tsung.

I disagree, I think you're underestimating them, and I would the MK fighters beat most streetlevel foes quite well. The cutscenes of MK9 show them to have durability good against multi-ton attacks (being hit into a giant stone alter hard enough to break it apart does no serious damage to Nightwolf, even weaker fighters are blatantly superhuman) and dish out similar damage. Shang Tsung can blow up helicopters, Sonia can easily break thick metal bars, etc..


They're all above peak human. Some more than others, Raiden has no problem punching through a highway bring and out the other side, for example. In addition to all being good martial artists. They'll beat skilled foes who don't have superhuman stats, and superhuman foes who aren't skilled martial arts, but will lose to people drastically more powerful than them, or who have high skill and superhuman powers.


I'd say the ones where Marvel wins are:

1 - Luke Cage VS. Jax

6 - Dr. Octopus VS. Kintaro

8 - She-Hulk VS. Sheeva

9 - Daken VS. Baraka (Baraka is physically stronger, but healing factor and pheromones)

10 - Classic Ghost Rider VS. Scorpion (Stomp)

11 - Dr. Strange VS. Shinnok (Stomp)

12 - Classic Thor VS. Raiden (Stomp. Death Battles even did a battle on this)

14 - Classic Iron Man VS. Sektor (Stomp)

15 - Warpath VS. Nightwolf



Anyone class 30 or higher is simply too hard to hurt, barring stuff like soul-sucking attacks or the highest tier fighters (Raiden could beat a class 30 brick, but most couldn't). Anyone peak human or near is going to have trouble doing much damage to them.

Luke Cgae, Mileena, Sonya Blade, Lizard man, Daredevil, Kintaro, Stryker, She-Hulk, Baraka, Scorpion, Dr. Strange, Thor, Goro, Iron man, Nightwolf, Winteer Soilder, Nitara, Shang Tsung.

Hm, Reptile vs Lizard, Lizard's physically superior, but Reptile has both invisibility and crazy strong acid. As in, he can spray acid into the air and it'll melt bullets before they reach him (happened in a cutscene). So that one hypothetically could end up either direction, though I give the nod to Lizard.

The only fight MK is winning is Shang vs Mystique, the rest of MK gets stomped.
