Hulk already has mental defenses, but genjutsu isn't a mental attack and Hulk doesn't have charka so.......it won't work.

Hulk can just broken through Susano'o or BFR Kurama or punch him out.

Genjutsu wouldn't work on Hulk anyway since he has no chakra network.
