Madara with just his speed and stats could kill em all with his bare hands easily enough, let alone with jutsu.

Nah, Kishimoto said Guns > Kunai, which is pretty different. Ninja are definitely >> normal people with guns, it's just if guns existed, almost every ninja would carry guns.
