Neither team has any knowledge on the other.

Who wins?

Team MGS in a stomp. Mainly because Raiden and Armstrong are far stronger, faster and durable than anyone on Marvel team. The only way Marvel team win is if we use Iron Fist's Helicarrier and Trainbusting feat.
