Deathstroke is hired to assassinate Master Chief and his friends in Gotham City. He is given their bio. He has 3 weeks of prep time to get unlimited resource. Team has only 5 days of prep time to get their own resources(no unlimited resource!). Morals are off. No BFR. Either can be knocked out or killed.

Could Deathstroke wreck all of them?

Well, if we're going with current Deathstroke, the one that was barely phased when Wonder Woman punched him across Paradise Island, then he should win. I can only see Cap and possibly Chief giving him trouble.
