Doom beats any and all Havoks.

Dr. Doom wins out due too his magic use, they are pretty damn even. This is a good one.

If this is the DC version of LH, Doom does probably take it.

However, LH really impressed me with this:

Lord Havok was a cheap Doom ripoff. The real Doom would have prepared for Monarch and beaten him.

i was actually remembering that there was a character named lord havok.. but for some reason i thoguht the guy was in wetworks.

So basically DC decided to have they're own Death's Head II and give him Doom's job?

...Plus LH was siphoning off some of Monarch's own energies (for his personal benefit), without Monarch himself even being aware he was doing so. Pretty impressive, imo.
