WW could rip her head off in seconds. She-hulk is simply not top tier.

Wondy can take 2-3 She-Hulks at once.

I doubt it. Diana still is faster, stronger, more durable, and more skilled. The gear just makes it even more of a spite.

No, not really.

That's her speciality. When it comes to pure hand to hand, Wonder Woman is one of the very best top-tier characters.

Somewhat, but we're talking "maybe get up to Diana's strength level" strong.

And at that point, there's the skill thing. She-Hulk is a pretty good fighter, Diana's Batman level. If Wonder Woman took her seriously, she's just outskilled, before getting into speed, gear, or using flight for tactical advantage. Especially since if Jen is that engaged, she's fighting dumb, which is a sure way to lose.


The best fight She-Hulk could put up is right after her Champion fight, where she trained up her base form's strength (thus making the She-Hulk form a whole lot stronger) and got taught by Gamora. But she's still outmatched fairly badly even there.
