I say doom, but I'm biased so i guess i better stay away.

For all of Batman 1mill's ridiculously high IQ stat, he didn't really do anything Doom couldn't do.

And he's really, really short on feats regardless... I'm giving it to Doom, because having a high IQ does not = feats.
