Just a straight up helicarrier busting punch? Probably anyone up to class 90. I can't see him oneshotting any class 100+ characters.

i think IF can ko certain 50 to 75+ tonners but it wouldn't be consistent since some have high durability that is not equal to their strength.

currently i will say with high degree of confidence that IF can ko... Armadillo and Bison.

He hit Cage when he was still Class 3 Power Man, and he never one-shotted him.

He actually hit him a few times over his career, and he never one-shotted him.

In fact, Cage is almost never one-shotted, by anyone.
