i actually believe that zod would win the first fight....as for the rest idk anything about the other incarnations....

Zod is definitely smarter from what I've read of both. Ultraman seems little more than a brutish thug whereas Zod is a military genius. He'll find a way to make Ultraman kneel. uhuh
