I don't think the Spider-Guild's ever done something on the scale of the Phalanx's Kree attack.

They have a notable military but the Phalanx wins.

Hm, I was unaware they did that sort of thing. I mainly know they're a major power in Vega, and recently they tried an invasion of Oa shortly of the reforming of the corps, coloring their entire attack force yellow, but were beaten off pretty handily when the veterans managed to break the mass of rookies past the yellow weakness.
