Orion. Astro Force is > GL ring.

Not to mention, Orion has a lot of natural defenses to most tricks.. Aside from taking Lightrays attacks, which are at least equal to two suns, Slig was a global matter manipulator, and tried killing Orion with a lethal attack, and it just pissed him off..

I'd say Hal Jordan for the slight majority. Hal will create multiple constructs to distract Orion and then sneak up on the loser and punch him with a giant globe.

Orion wins. The guy's just a much better fighter and determined. He's the equivalent of Bill in rage and relentlessness. This is going to be like that BRB/Stardust fight except Hal doesn't have the benefit of reforming.
