1,2,3,6 and 7, imo.
the rest are either godly resistant (Hulk > Goom's manipulation), Thor or are vastly beyond him in power (Thanos, Odin).

Darth Vader is the most likely

I think he *might* be able to do it to hulk and superman, and I know he could do it to the first 3, and more than likely gladiator. Thanos and Odin stomp though. Doesn't Thanos regularly toss around heralds in his free time?

Well I can t remember surfer ever transmuting a living being into anything else...

I don't remember any other herald doing it either...

I'll say surfer fails across the board

7gladiator: Probably not

He ain't gonna affect anybody past Wolverine, sheesh. Those are all herald-level guys.
