Simple,Ash will win.

Ash is an antagonist. Ash has can teleport anywhere he wants and can seal powers. Unless if Kain is a better close-range fighter than Ash, he loses.

Both fighters have a very similar style of fighting and very similar movepools, especially their super finishers.

Ash. Kain can't even beat Rock.
