Does Henshaw have rings? And how good are BRB's defenses against technopaths if he has shown any?

Bill's only hope of taking a few would be to defeat Henshaw before his technopathic edge could be employed (ie. utilizing offensive blasts, BFR, etc.) -- or perhaps even blocking said technopathy via shielding. Those, however, are certainly not full-proof tactics.

Henshaw takes this more times than not.
