I'm not even sure matter manip necessarily works on him unless it's really high level.

Anyway he could probably survive all except Spectre and LT (didn't Galactus already try to eat his race and fail?). But I'm not sure about Darkseid's omega beams (if he is allowed to use them here).

Galactus ate his race but, later on they gave him cosmic indigestion
