Fury has decided Longshot is a high level security risk. CIS is off.

Nick Fury gets one week of prep to attempt to deal with Longshot's probability altering power.

Can he make the probability of Longshot's survival so low he can take him out?

fury kills him.

fury only needs a few seconds of prep to get the equipment that shield already has for such a situation.

I don't care how lucky Longshot is Fury captures him for probing.

Somehow Fury's eyepatch ends up stuck on his good eye, and during his temporary blindness, Longshot beats him down, then leaves.

And as it turns out, the knife hits the center of his brain that controls his probability manipulating powers, and it causes them to mutate further, not just putting the odds in his favor, but making it impossible for him to lose at anything ever. Nick just gives up and offers to buy Longshot a beer.

fury nukes him, it was just an andriod fury

The nuke is a dud, a tiny miscalculation in it's manufacturing causes it to just be a really big prop.

reality sets in and longshot wakes up in a cell.

Yeah, he liked the way he redecorated his home. Then he goes to check on the unconscious Fury in his basement.
