for this fight he's faster, more durable, can fly and has trown people too orbit before if that tactic is necessary

He's not.

His combat speed leaves much to be desired.

flight speed is not the same as combat speed and he never struck me as being remotely close to thor maybe early in his career but no more.. and his fighting skills leave a lot to be desired..

Strength he is no Thor but he has significantly more impressive feats than the most bricks even the class 100 ones.
as for combat speed he has shown superhuman reflexes in older avengers comics. Marvel has reduced him to a joke after "disassembled" and until now though

you know what makes williams worse when it comes to using old scans unlike other characters? his power actually changes and alters frequently and his current lvl and use of power are not the same as older versions of him hence his feats cant really be used or matched properly to his current form..

until now however his powers have changed only to the better.
there is nothing that suggest he got a power downgrade.
only that Marvel made him a jobbing joke.
