The battle with Thor aside, his a Cosmic like entity. The claim that he stalemated Galactus actually makes sense at this point. Besides, it's not as if Thor doesn't have a history of taking it to the big bads.

En Sabah Nur defeated table in the past though (in Apocalypse/Dracula I think). Voidtry can't say the same about helicarrier.

Actually it still wouldn't make sense since the Sentry that presumably would have battled Galactus would have been separate from the Void.
