Gonna go with Black.

Lord has come a long way, but Black is still superior imo.

Has MB had a feat like ML did last JLI issue?

No world-wide mind altering (though he did erase Superman's ID from the minds of a *lot* of villains he had told it to), but he's also a powerful TK. All he has to do is keep his mental shields up and squish Max.

Forgot about his TK. What if it's a pure telepath battle? Who wins that?

Hm... I'd say 'Chester has shown more skill, but Max's power is apparently *really* hard to resist, and if a target is trouble he can apparently just push harder at the cost of more blood. So I'm not exactly sure.

Manchester Black pretty hard.
