Skill is tipped pretty far in their direction.

Floyd is just as accurate as anyone here and he tips the scale due to the fact that he is the only one who uses guns as regular equipment.

same accuracy + faster projectiles = team 2 FTW

Bullseye doesn't include guns in his standard equipment.he said so himself that he doesn't like to use them.

when he and a group of norman's lackies went to take down spidey, he turned down guns and instead used pieces of glass he found at the scene.
