At the height of the Loeb Force Rulk would probably kill Apoc by sneezing on him. Currently Rulk isn't as ridonculous as he once was but he still wins a majority.

TBH I never read that issue just the one that followed so Hulk purposely didn't boost his strength.....why.

I've been to multiple boards and this has always seemed to be the case with Apocalypse fans from what I've seen.

Before the Apoc hate era began on this site, Apocalypse defeated both Jggernaut AND Hulk in a thread. Now he is losing to Rulk?

He has telepathy. It might not be as powerful as Xavier's but he has still demonstrated telepathy and easily resisted X's.
