DD and T'challa are above the girls IMO. Albeit barely.

batgirl/Shiva can beat T'challa and Daredevil h2h

Bullseye those are only two i would bet on him to get 6/10 the rest are maybes or no shot in hell (Steve Rodgers Deathstroke Wolverine)

If we strip DS and Wolverine of theis enhancements they both fall though.

I think He stops at shiva but if get lucky he might might might make it to Captain.

Stops at Batgirl if it's Cassandra Cain, Shiva if it's Steph.

Stops at T'Challa.
