just curious .. cause I dont feel well.. I think the meat I ate tonight was bad ill

depends what was bad about it, undrcooked would be an upset stomach, overcooked you just wouldnt feel good from charcoal overdose
any other bad would be worms :s

usualy you can tell if meat is bad by the taste or if it has green or dark bits on it

Maybe it was festering with maggots and hey are squirming around in your stomache boring into the organs.

Food poisoning, samenella, or parasites. Take your pick.

If you eat bad meat, you could possibly die.

I have layed down- all day today and went to bed early last night

but Im feeling better today

You're not going to die. You might get a tummy ache and feel like symptons of the flu. Don't eat beef for a few days let your stomach heal. And just to be on the safe side check with a doctor if symptons get worse.
