Wolverine cant use his claws.Batman has no gadgets.Who Wins?

remove skeleton and healing, and this would be a fair thread, lol.

They both are EXCELLENT fighters.

wolverine even though he cant use his claws with that adamantium in his hand they still probably hurt like Sh!t

batman, as he uses more hand tactics than wolvie, and wolvie uses more weapons, though I may change my opinion since this is so close.

I would say batman. He is better and smarter.

But wolverine has more battle experience.

I'd say Batman. Wolverine's fighting style is a little too "gung ho". Wolverine's healing factor has spoiled him. He leaps into combat not caring if he's hit because he probalby has the highest pain tolerance in existence; and he only tolerates it because he has experienced so much pain he's used to it.

Wolverine without his powers or bones gets knocked out by Bruce who is more used to actually avoiding attacks.

However, Wolverine's outside chance is the pain tolerance. He can take a lot more damage than Bruce can.

Thats true, wolverine has jumped in without a care in a world, this is a good point.

I read somewhere that Wolverine knows virtually all forms of combat on earth; but the fighting style he uses most of the time is a little more savage.

Wolverine's fights he does, really don't scream, fight expert to be honest, and knowing all those styles you really wouldn't be switching through them like it would seem

The problem with this fight is one guy is still strong enough to swing around telephone poles, toss around dumpters, throw sharks out of the ocean on to the deck of a boat and lug around the Hulk while the other has struggled with benching 600lbs. Wolverine is stronger and faster then Batman not to mentioned more skilled IMO and limiting the fight to a boxing match puts Bruce at a huuuuge disadvantage. Even with out his healing factor Wolverine has a huge damage soak/pain tolerance much higher the Batman's.

For the record I don't like Batman's odds against Punisher in a situation like this.

in this fight.....dear god im actually goin with wolvie....why? beacuse wolvie is more savage and while in a regular fight id go with bats (he could use aikido wouldnt really have to attack just use wolvies force agains him) but by limiting it to just boxing........wolvie since the man never stays freakin down......

I don't know Bats has fought agianst strong people before. Wolverine has advantages in strength speed and aggression, but bats has overcome these odds before. He is also very smart so he could concevibly come up with a way to beat wolverine qiuckly. It is hard to choose though. I think I will give this to batman on one ground. He will remain focused and calm in the fight. Wolverine will charge head in and be very aggressive. Batman will be able to deflect and block and the angier Wolverine becomes the easier it will be for bats to manipulate him into making a mistake. Wolverine doesn't have is healing factor so even though he has a high pain resistance he is still going to take the effects of being hit which I think Bats will land a few good ones. Batman does better in fights with overtly aggressive people because he is always calm and in control. Altough this fight can honestly go both ways.

He is a tank, he Frank can take anything taht Bruce would throw at him while dishing out his own damage and while he might land less the 1/3 of the hits that Batman does at the starting he'd start to catch up and wear Bats down.

Same goes for Wolverine with out a healing factor... except on top of being alot tougher, he is also stronger and faster and lets be honest being a genious brings NOTHING to the table in a pure physical fight unless you happen to be fight a retarded man child who wonders where the sun goes where the clouds come out and sports a pair of velcrow shoes.

wolverine does not need powers. he has been through much more pain than a simple punch from a batman

Batman has the chi though. He could telephoner Wolverine except with his fist.

Wolverine has plenty of experience with brawling, fist-cuffs or whatnot. Take away the use of using your legs (offensive), grappling, etc. and Wolverine has an incredibly good chance without adamantium. With adamantium is overkill.

Wolverine. But it would be a good fight.

But in the end, Wolverine can take more pain and has much higher stamina. Oh yeah, he's a cunning fighter too (when he wants).

The only time Batman can beat Wolverine is if he has all he's gadget and had enough time to study Wolverine's moves.

Yep... the healing factor just gaurantees his victory.
