Warm up gauntlet without powers, full gauntlet with powers:

The warm up round: NO POWERS for any characters, it's similar to Cyclops' leadership duel with Storm - just HTH, strategy, and whatever they can utilize from the surroundings. Fight takes place in a deserted real-earth urban environment the size of 4 city blocks and with no functioning electricity:

1) Professor X (walking version)
2) Storm
3) Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman
4) Sage
5) Mr. X
6) Wolverine - including no claws
7) Classic Kingpin

All out round: all powers on, no prep, arena style battle:

1) The Falcon
2) Classic Kingpin
3) Sage
4) Black Canary
5) Green Goblin
6) Luke Cage
7) Sandman
8) She-Hulk
9) Radioactive Man
10) Doctor Doom

First one: Gets to 4, MAYBE gets to 5. No further.

Second one: Gets to 7 at least.

Konton
Canary has a good shot.

Warlord
yeah if he beats 4 he gets to 7

basilisk
So can he make it past Sandman, She-Hulk, or Radioactive Man?

Bump

Brockalizer
stops at six in both.

rotiart
In hand to hand?
I can see storm giving him a stalemate or simply beating him...
I don't see him passing sage and if he does it's a minority.
Mr x kills Scott. :-(

Would he hurt Cage? And we're really giving him an easy win over Osborne?

-Pr-
Yes, he'd hurt Cage, and Goblin, unless he has the armour or some sort of amp, is going to have a hell of a time dodging a guy who's basically a walking anti-aircraft platform.

I guess I just put most Spidey villains a rung above Scotty. Maybe I'm wrong. Goblin isn't in the toughest tier of SM villains though, so I can see that. Osborne's more of a scheming threat...he hasn't won a physical confrontation with Pete (sans PIS) since the 70's.

If we use current versions of "Green Goblin" aka Norman Osborn I'd probably change my decision.

Newjak
I would think Cyclops would have trouble with GG just based on the fact that Osborn can kill Cyclops with one bomb, and he has the advantage in maneuverability.

Yes Cykes could take down Norman in one shot to but I would just think the reverse scenario would be more likely.

Digi
I'll admit it's not a good matchup for Norman. But he does pose a couple OHK options if he manages to get near Scott. Or at least one-hit KO's.

He's actually no stronger than in the past. He just uses ghetto Iron Man armor occasionally, which ups his power somewhat.

First one:
Cyke gets to Mr. X, but doesn't pass. I don't see how he could. I tried to think of a way, theorizing that maybe without his telepathic ability he would be just a highly-skilled martial artist, but even then that gives him the skill advantage over Cyclops. However, Cyke does have much more experience in fighting without the use of predictive-telepathic abilities. It's possible he could surprise Mr. X. I could see it going either way, with the majority going to Mr. X.

Second one:
Cyke makes it to Sandman. I can't imagine a way for Cyke to take him out unless he either manages to blast the entirety of Marko immediately with the first blast, or figures out a way to utilize his environment to disable Marko. It's entirely possible (maybe rig a fire hydrant to soggy up Marko in order to slow him down or something), but it'd be real hard to do given the small size of and restrictions to the environment.

Actually, according to the latest New Avengers, Osborn's seemingly been amped physically, enough to casually dismiss Luke Cage.
