zatanna solidly

Zatanna is much more powerful, but the Soulsword seems like it could make life tough for Zee.

Magik. Not only does she have magic, she has an anti magic weapon and armor. She has more feats of teleporting and evading attacks. Some of Amoras spells couldn't affect her in Asgard.

She has one shot spells that don't require speech even on earth against beings with high resistance vs magic.

Pretty much a quick draw. If Magik manages to hit Zatanna with the soulsword, Magik wins. If Zatanna has time to speak something nasty backwards, she wins.

In principle Magik could simply open a small stepping disc between her and her opponent, and stab the opponent through it for a quick stomp... but for some reason she almost never uses her powers "Spot-way".
