Does Ozy have super speed?

definitely, at least at a low level. ozy has both deflected and outright caught bullets. he's also got some low level superhuman agility, or is at least on par with guys like nightwing and daredevil imo. not as skilled, (at least he doesn't have the direct feats to say he is, though his implied skill is very high) but his agility and strength are both beyond human. he also had the more recent, midnighter/cho showing where he was able to predict the outcome of a fight. not sure if that is something he can regularly pull off or not.

i think this would be a pretty good fight. a slightly less batman vs a low level, maybe as smart as he is, superhuman. still not sure. /shrug
