Cheetah is far above class 30. Grodd is a class 100 and Cheetah s stronger than he is.

Cheetah prolly wins in a fight, but Makkari is faster. He's been stated to run at near light speeds.

O_o Most of the Flashes did too, and Zoom II was waay above light speed.

No clue about this Cheetah though. We're talking the original Zoom, right?

Zoom II helped her figure out how to boost her own speed. He didn't lend her power or anything, Zolomon was more her trainer.

She was just messing with his head and toying with him.

Not the best characterization anyway, I think the writer was stereotyping a bit (not all cat people are sex focused!), but still a good story.
