If we use the struggled-against-Batman slade, Bucky shoots him down.

Shoots him down? Bullets isn't the recommended tactic to bring Slade down.

Metallic hand, shield tackle, EMP blast. Again, if we go by feats DS should have him beaten.

If we go by logic he'd win too. His powers, mind(intelligence & battle tactics), and equipment are superior to Bucky.

Well, I think this is no match, but there are people who say X-23 beats DS and if so, Bucky has a chance.

X-23 beat Deathstroke? They have never fought. They're in two different companies.

Don't you mean distracted-and-in-a-forgiving-mood Slade?

It was more like Batman was struggling with him while Slade was trying to shoot his target.

Even that Slade would put some hurtin on Bucky and maybe beat him.
