I've always maintained that a PIS-less Doctor would beat Strange in a quick draw scenario, due to the fact that his magic responds to thoughts, and doesn't require incantations and artifacts. As it is, however, this thread allows for 1 hour of prep, which favors Strange and Fate. So it's between the two of them.
