Green Arrow for Bat's gang can be annoying for Cap's gang with his long range capability.

Cap uses the prep to smack down DD and establish himself as the undisputed gang leader

Team 2; Deathstroke is the best here and Green Arrow is an important ranged weapon here. Let's not also forget that Team 2 is flat out packing much better standard equipment here.
