Can Thor do better than Surfer did.

If this is non DC runner that can run faster then light then runner wins.He almost blitzed thanos into purple jelly and was only defeated because thanos used the time gem.

the runner had the space gem tho.

If norrin couldn't resist runner's aura then Thor definitly won't.

the runner is trans tier, the level between herald and skfather
he can beat surfer without much trouble and can give people like thanos some trouble

If Surfer have been outpowered, Thor will be too

Speed. With No Speed, I can see Thor splitting.With Speed, the runner Kills Thor.
