I'm going with Runner Sersi. She can Manipulate anyone on any other team and she has TP. Plus Runner can deal with the more powerful member of each duo on an even standing.

Actually she can protect herself.She has tagged him before when he was out of ontrol speed. I put them together because of weaknesses and strengths.
