Depends on how his intangibility works, gravity control should override certain kinds of phasing.

The Weird beats the shit out of him.

For what it's worth, Nova's gravity nodes were potent enough to contain a being of psionic energy. And they also disrupt the magic based transmissions of the many angled ones.

In all seriousness I don't know enough about The Weird to pick a winner.

It hurt Weird, but it didn't stop him. He did take on some of the JLA, which included Dr. Fate.

Weird took on the JLA in his debut. He's since come down to manageable cosmic levels. A good fight based on recent versions of Weird.
