healthy, "normal" magneto vs loki

This is a bad, bad, matchup for Magneto; Loki murders him without much effort...

IMHO, this is one of those situations where I think Magneto matches up better against Thor (although bad writing where Thor has a brain freeze and forgets he has other powers has alot to do with this) despite Loki being the less powerful of the two characters...
