Vulcan solos.

It's spelled Shi'ar.

Vulcan is less powerful that Gladiator, but his power-set is right on to kick some Kryptinians ass.

Currently, I say that the Kryptonians wins, but barely, if Superman ride with them.

Well, if Shi'ar would have the preptime, they have enough resources to turn Sun red... or at least destroy it.
IMO, then can win for majority.

Are they the race of Kryptonians...or are they Kryptonians with full access and knowledge of their powers?

Easily the Shi'ar. They are a vast galactic empire, the Kryptonians would be just another conquered race ala the Strontonians.

There is a huge HUGE difference in numbers and in tech here on the Shi'ar end, and based on The War of the Supermen most Kryptons aint shit.

Strontonians aren't a race full of Gladiators. Only the strongest undergo the treatment and whatnot. Kryptonians on the other hand are all awesomely empowered.

Kryptonian win by way of genocide. Its the only real way to cancel a numerical advantage.
