godcable and sng can step between moments, leaving and entering the timeline at will. theyre also powerfull precogs and can phase through solid matter as well. SNGs last relaxed state seemed to be intangible or almost intangible by default. I think they have enough to counter flashs speed, surviving an initial blitz to fight back.
