1. 2001: A Space Odyssey - 9.7
2. A Clockwork Orange - 9.5
3. Paths of Glory - 9.3
4. Full Metal Jacket - 9.3
5. The Killing - 9.2
6. Barry Lyndon - 9.2
7. Spartacus - 9.1
8. Lolita - 9
9. The Shining - 8.4
10. Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb - 8.2
11. Eyes Wide Shut - 7.8
12. Killer's Kiss - 7.2

Either The Shining or A Clockwork Orange. I admire 2001 more than I enjoy it.

Paths of Glory. Absolutely incredible.

A Clockwork Orange, and The Shining for me. Amazing films.

2001 comes third, grew up with this film thanks to my Mum, she adores it.

same here as well.The Shining being my favorite then Full Metal Jacket.Havent seen the film A Clockwork Orange but I saw the play and that alone makes me want to stay away from the movie.

Voted The Shining, btw. That's probably the Kubrick film I watch most.

IMO, Clockwork is WAY overrated, it's a good film, with a great message, but not nearly as epic as people make it out to be.

Idk how ppl could like 2001..... i guess if ur into being bored to death.
No offense but im not a big Kubrick fan. Shining only counts cuz Its Stephen King Based and those usually go over well for me. Even Dreamcatcher witch bothced the story.

Not all people are bored by films, people can sit through things like 2001 without getting bored. And some people get incredibly bored easily...

not a huge kubrick fan, but i do like Paths of Glory and Dr. Strangelove quite a bit. 2001 i admire, but like someone else said, i don't really enjoy.

Dr. Strangelove is also in my all-time top ten.

Sadly, I have never seen a SK film. Would really like to see 2001 though.

I really wish that SK would have directed Artificial Intelligence instead of Spielberg. Does anyone else agree?

Definitely. There were good elements in A.I. but ultimately I was pretty disappointed. Would've loved to see Kubrick's version.
